class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Levando-se em conta que a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de rodas e aros vem se tornando um procedimento comum no mercado brasileiro, a Assossia\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Pneus e Aros (A. B. P. A.) decidiu elaborar este Boletim com a finalidade de alertar os usu\u00e1rios para os perigos desta pr\u00e1tica. Conforme normas internacionais transcritas abaixo, esta recupera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reprovada em diversos pa\u00edses do mundo.<\/p><p><strong>RECOMENDA\u00c7\u00c3O DA ETRTO &#8211; Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Europ\u00e9ia de Pneus e Aros<\/strong><br \/>As Rodas danificadas ou distorcidas n\u00e3o devem ser consertadas ou usadas na montagem de pneus. Os aros ou discos trincados nunca dever\u00e3o ser soldados sob quaisquer circunst\u00e2ncias porque a solda trincar\u00e1 novamente ap\u00f3s um curto espa\u00e7o de tempo sob as tens\u00f5es din\u00e2micas envolvidas.<\/p><p><strong>NORMAS OSHA 29 CFR 1910 &#8211; ORGANIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERGURAN\u00c7A E SA\u00daDE &#8211; EUA<\/strong><br \/>Letra F &#8211; Procedimento operacional &#8211; Rodas de Pe\u00e7as M\u00faltiplas, item 9 &#8211; Componentes de aro, trincados, quebrados, empenados ou danificados de outra maneira n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser trabalhados, soldados unidos com solda forte, ou aquecidos de qualquer forma.<\/p><p><strong>FABRICANTES DE PNEUM\u00c1TICOS &#8211; EUA &#8211; AVISO DE SEGURAN\u00c7A<\/strong><br \/>A press\u00e3o do ar em um pneu de caminh\u00e3o inflado e montado num aro ou roda cria uma energia explosiva. Esta press\u00e3o pode ocasionar a explos\u00e3o do pneu com uma for\u00e7a t\u00e3o grande que se voc\u00ea for atingido por um componente de aro ou pneu, voc\u00ea pode morrer ou ficar seriamente ferido.<\/p><p>Da mesma forma a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Pneus e Aros desaprova a pr\u00e1tica da RECUPERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE RODAS E AROS e esclarece:<\/p><p><strong>Quebra por Fadiga<\/strong><\/p><p>Uma roda \u00e9 projetada para atender determinados requisitos do ve\u00edculo ao qual se destina. Os par\u00e2metros principais s\u00e3o a carga m\u00e1xima de trabalho, a velocidade do ve\u00edculo e o tipo de estrada a transitar. Tais fatores ao longo o tempo ocasionam tens\u00f5es c\u00edclicas extremamente elevadas em alguns pontos da roda. Os pontos mais afetados s\u00e3o os furos de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e os furos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do disco, flange e friso do aro. O material da roda sujeito a esfor\u00e7os cont\u00ednuos localizados sofre deforma\u00e7\u00f5es que tender\u00e3o ao aparecimento de trincas progressivas se as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o persistirem. Trafegar com excesso de carga a velocidades incompat\u00edveis com as cargas transportadas e em estradas de m\u00e1 pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o fatores que determinam a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da vida \u00fatil de uma roda. Rodas com disco danificado ou com trincas ou deforma\u00e7\u00e3o no assentamento dos furos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser recuperadas ou usadas em servi\u00e7o. Sua danifica\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre basicamente por desgaste ou trinca por fadiga. A sua recupera\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de torneamento e solda n\u00e3o tem como garantir as toler\u00e2ncias apertadas de encaixe do anel do friso, de excentricidade radial e lateral do aro e de ovaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do aro. N\u00e3o havendo toler\u00e2ncia corretas no encaixe do friso\/anel, este \u00faltimo ficar\u00e1 num equil\u00edbrio inst\u00e1vel, uma vez inflado o pneu, com s\u00e9rios riscos de escape do anel.
